I will be able to rate them properly only after they call me back to sort out a problem with a rooftop array. I have been chasing Keith Freeman for weeks and get no response and just plenty of excuses by text.

I agree with Jeremy. They were supposed to find a panel for me and Susan said she would call me back in an hour. Little did they know I had planned on buying a whole system that would have cost thousands. This was a test and they failed miserably. 3 hours later and still nothing. I consider it rude and disrespectful like I have nothing better to do than wait for them. I'm not going to do business with them and I would caution anyone else who is thinking of doing so.
