Absolutely do not purchase goods from this company. I purchased solar panels with a 5 year performance warranty that failed after 1 year. When i asked about getting replacements I was told I could buy new ones. When asked why they didnt mention the warranty I was told I was acting entitled and disrespectful. I was also told that if I didnt show respect I could deal directly with the manufacturer. When I asked for contact information for the manufacturer I was told that if I didnt have the original packing slip that they wouldnt provide the manufacturers name, that I had obviously mistreated the panels and that they considered the matter closed. They have refused to respond to additional emails and have also refused to provide the BBB with the manufacturer contact info. Big time buyer beware on this one.

This is a message from their sales:Listen, if you want the panels buy them! I've explained enough to you! You are stressing me out now. Not worth the sale!! See if you can find a better deal elsewhere. You contacted us wanting a deal! I TRIED to work with you, but you take this disrespectful tone (a if I don't know what Kijiji is. It's only 'misleading' to people who can't THINK or READ!!!). We choose not to sell to you! I'm DONE!! No need to respond!
