Worst company to ever deal with I went on prepay for 2 months and called to pay deferred balance and deposit which was 477 dollars left and they said I got approved for a 150 deposit once I hung up, the lady said it would be switched over within 5 Business days this was January 9th on February 4th I get a call saying it's 79 dollars left on my account they didn't switch me over and now saying I have 290 deposit plus deferred balance of 157 almost the same amount I originally paid now I'm trying to purchase I house generator because I never want to use georgia power again if anyone has suggestions comment under my rating of negative.
