I have had Vivent Solar since 2014. I appreciate the lower electric bill but their customer service terrible. I need to get a form from them for refinancing and NO ONE answers the phone except sales. I have been put on hold and then then the system hangs up on me. They are holding up my refinancing because their customer service is so bad. Its so frustrating and unprofessional. I know if I wanted to BUY a system I could get someone on the phone but now that I need them to help me, no one is answering.
