Very rude, condescending, insulting. I guess the Kona store don't need or care about providing cost effected solar products to the little guy. If your a contractor, come on in. They blow big time. Threw a $30K crappy get out of the store price at me.Update 02-20-2018. Have a great solar system up and running for over 2yrs now. Not one dollar was spent with these guys. Paid under 1/2 their price. Go Outback or go home. Ck out B.I.G IN HILO.

Inter-Island Solar was extremely helpful to the point of even loaning me a tool one time to do a job on my home. Cully Judd, the founder, is an icon in the local solar industry.
