From the first time i spoke with Ryan, i felt very comfortable that all my questions were being answered, After signing up, our installation went very smooth, the crew took extra care on our tile roof, and we were impressed with how nice the Installation process went. Ryan explained everything to us in detail. Now we just received our first Bill from Helco $38 dollars. Thank you ProSolar Hawaii, job well done.

Called the listed phone number and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. He continued to tell me that I had 5 second to tel him what i had to say. Unfortunately I guess he forgot how to count and hung up in 3 seconds. This is very unprofessional and I have been in the telecommunications field over 25 years. I was not selling anything, only looking for a local low voltage contractor for 3-4 projects I had in the area. A company like this doesn't deserve your business and I can only imagine there quality of work. I have said my piece not out of anger but to forewarn the next customer for residential or commercial work opportunities. Thank you and I will find another company that needs the work.

Pro solar Hawaii installed 2- Outback inverters for our home and our garage with 6 simpliphi batteries and 40 -300 Watt solar world panels. Ryan and John. (Crew) Did excellent job on the installation.

Reviewed: 08/07/2018Just got my panels set up in a very timely fashion. Once the state approved the permit they came the following day I requested. I like to get the best bang from my buck so I compared four solar companies before working with Ryan and John at Pro Solar Hawaii. Not only were they the most affordable but they provided me 6 additional panels and still were cheaper than the 14 panels I was looking at with the other three companies. Going to most likely get A/C for next summer and am totally going to use their services again when I do. Great crew, great customer service, great value! When companies like this exist there really isn't any reason not to go solar. If you can afford electricity than you can afford solar through Pro Solar Hawaii. Thanks guys!!!! Great experience!...
