Off-Grid Solar Specialists

The sign that they posted said 6:00pm they close. But when I went there at 5;45p they were closed already. When I questioned the man he said that he is so busy doing the paper work that he has to shut down early because he doesn't get home till 8:00pm. If he closes at 6pm, he would be at the shop till 9:00pm. Why advertise that you close at 6:00pm then? Its not my fault that he has to do plenty paper work. Very poor customer servicing here. Jeremy hired an incompetent worker to pump propane and its so difficult for him to do the paper work that he is stressing the customers out over it. Do not go here for propane.

The store is never open it seems, hours listed on google are wrong, they also dont work weekends, but it's their right I guess, its hawaii.

I went into Jeremys shop looking for someone who could give me a good breakdown on solar options and potentially answer questions along the way during self-installation. He provided all that and more. Overall I probably spent 3-4 hours in his shop after my equipment came in. He let me build my power wall in his shop, even using his tools when necessary. During this time I watched a steady stream of people visit his shop, predominately for troubleshooting advice. He spent time with each person, looking at pictures they brought in and scratching his chin and troubleshooting systems that he didnt sell or install. Its nice to see someone sharing knowledge without a price tag. As far as my system, I couldnt be happier. I told Jeremy what my needs were and he set me up with the right amount of equipment so I didn't wind up investing more than necessary or getting left with my power pants down on a cloudy day. My system has been running for a little over a month now. It runs flawlessly. I recommend at least go meet Jeremy if you are gearing up for solar.

When my old solarman fell through, Off-Grid Specialist really helped me!! Jeremy got a team together quickly, created a plan that worked for my needs,, and had a large system up and running in less than 2 months, even with near daily rain! Saved me!

We are very new to the off grid world. Jeremy was Great, very detailed in answering all questions and taking the time to listen to what our current needs are as well as to how our needs with grow in the near future. Jeremy was recommended by a co-worker and we are much more happier now than when we paid a visit to his competition in Hilo. We did not feel any pressure and with our small budget Jeremy gave us several options. Thank You Jeremy we will be back for the expansion package very soon!!
