Bought a house equipped with solar panels installed by Solar City/Tesla and moved in to the house in May. We were notified that Solar City/Tesla technicians were coming out because the system was not performing well via their online monitoring.The technicians came out on May 29th and quickly discovered that there was a missing panel on the roof. Looking at the notes, there was a recall on panels and they were replaced last year except for one which was supposed to be corrected last year. The technicians told me if I didn't hear from Tesla concerning the missing panel to call in 3-5 days. I called and was told that they were investigating. Two weeks later after not hearing anything, I called again. I was told that the warehouse manager had not yet located the panel and that they would order a new one if needed but that they would call me back to let me know exactly sat was going on. On June 22nd, I received a text message that technicians were scheduled to come to my house on July 10th between 7-9 AM. I never received any phone calls prior to this text. July 10th, at 11AM, I called to find out where the technicians were and was told that they had truck trouble and couldn't reach me. The service visit was rescheduled for July 11th between 3-5PM. On July 11th at 6PM, I called to find out where the technicians were. The office was closed but I left a message.On July 12th, I called again, advised that I had now had 2 appointments this week and both were no shows. The call taker advised that the notes indicated that there was a vehicle in the shop and only one technician assigned and the panel replacement required two technicians. The replacement was then scheduled for July 24th but the call taker advised she would be notifying management of this issue. Today is July 17th and no has reached out to me. Apparently making a simple phone call is too much for this company to take care of.If you're in the market, do your research and buy from another company. Customer service at Solar City/Tesla is non-existent, your time is not valued and obviously they can't follow through on service issues.

Unfortunately, after give 5 stars i starting having issues.. i have now been waiting to have my panels replaved due to issue ..impossible to get straight answer.
