This is not my first bar experience with Idaho Power. I have been billed $82.52 for running JUST my tv/washer/dryer. They have been billing me for service I did not utilize (furnace,AC). When on the phone from Kristen in the Billing section she was nothing but rude and did not allow me to speak and explain but would talk over me. She told me I could test my smart meter myself and would have to pay my bill because thats what I consumed. I would NOT be doing business with Idaho Power if I had a choice.

They will charge a $20 service fee even if you already have active service at your house and no installation or work is required on their end. Classic example of corporate greed
