Excellent company and team to work with from all the different departments. Someone picks up the phone right away which you don't even get from 95% of companies today folks. They will answer all your questions and the tech team will take are of you also if no one knows the answer.I probably spoke with every person over a 2 month time frame before I purchased and everyone was so friendly to speak with and they were not trying to sell me on anything rather just making sure I had my questions answered and let me make the decision on my own. This is rare folks!What about the product? Well, is light and portable and expandable and priced very well for what it does. They back it up with a solid warranty and even an extended warranty so that tells you they stand behind their product, but by them having such a great team over the phone this sure makes any of us customers feel so much more secure with our purchase and product.

I did a ton of research on this purchase. I'm relieved to say I'm very happy with this product. Seriously, it does everything it says it will. The unit is very portable, the charge seems to last forever, its powerful, high quality and it charges fast. Their US based customer service team could not have been more patient with me. I bet I spoke to them a half dozen times with questions and they always got back to me fast if I had to leave a message. The product is great but the people behind it seem even better. Given the crazy times we live in, i'm really please having this unit in my home. I can't wait to take it camping this summer!
