If you are looking for an honest, professional, and hard-working crew to address your roof problems, I highly recommend Kanga Roof. We were experiencing a variety of issues with our home, including ice damming. We had several roofing companies come out to discuss what could be done and give bids. Jeremy from Kanga Roof outshined all of the others. He was very kind, open, and thorough. He didn't just throw a blind bid at us, he researched our issues with several experts at the company and came to us with several options - short and long term.  We were impressed with the amount of time that was spent. We knew we were in good hands.We picked a solution that was extremely innovative.  We were put in contact with a customer that had the same work completed a few years prior.  After having an open conversation with the customer we were confident that the solution and Kanga Roof were right for us. We scheduled a date and soon after received a helpful checklist in the mail to help us prepare. The day before the work was to start the crew leader/project manager, Xavier, arrived to discuss the project and expectations, and to set up the materials. He was also very organized, kind and thorough.  He noted my questions and concerns and addressed them in a timely manner.The crew arrived promptly each day, worked tirelessly, and finished on schedule.  Xavier shared photos throughout the entire process, updating us on the progress made.  The crew was professional and courteous. No loud music, no smoke breaks...this crew worked hard and was very respectful to us and our neighbors.  They picked up everything when the job was finished. We wish all crews were as hard working and courteous as they were.We immediately noticed the difference with our new roof and were so glad we chose Kanga Roof and this roofing system.  Within a week they scheduled a final walkthrough.  Stephen came and ensured all was picked up, took pictures, and ensured all the fine details on the roof and gutters were attended to. He was also thorough, kind and sincere.From start to finish we had a great experience.  We would highly recommend Kanga Roof, especially Jeremy, Xavier, and Stephen to all of our friends, family, and neighbors.

Very Impressed with EcoHome Expert, all around great customer service & they were attentive to all aspects of the job process. The service tech did a wonderful job on my flat roof! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone and plan to use for any future work needed on my properties!

Update: KangaRoof contacted me about my issues just a day after I reported my experience. They were very understanding of my complaints and offered to make it right. Even though the initial lack of communication was frustrating, I am grateful for their understanding and willingness to resolve my issues.Initial review:Just had a new gutter installed on the back of my house. I coordinated with KangaRoof so I could be home when they installed it, but they just showed up without notification and installed the gutter. The gutter looks fine but I had some questions/suggestions that I wanted to speak with them about. Obviously I did not get a chance to go over my questions with them. I would have preferred my downspouts point a different direction, but the work was done anyways. Plus, they did not take away my old gutters!

Buyer beware!!I was looking forward to energy saving so I contacted Eco Roof. They Installed 30 solar panels and asked me not to tell people what I paid because they gave me such a good deal. Installation went fine but that's all I got.4 years later all I received was my Federal tax credit .I never received help for my srec's , Com ed credit, or net metering .I bought another 10 panels from Iconic energy and they're taking care of everything net metering hook up, Com ed rebates, etc. They are helping me get my bill to near 0.I've produced 34 megawatts of energy that I can't do anything with thanks to Eco roof.Iconic told me my 30 panels from them would have cost me $22,000 Eco roof charged me $40,000 and didn't help me with anything.My next door neighbor just installed 40 panels at a cost of $25,000 after Iconic takes care of everything it will cost him under $5,000.You do the math !!! .If you want to get screwed buy from Eco roof !!! I have documentation to confirm everything I've said so I have no problem tearing them a new one.After reading your response you claim you have all the documentation to prove you helped me ,Then if you took care of it why is it that 4 years later I still don't have net metering ,Oh ! that's right I actually have to sign papers! The only document you have is the interconnection completion form (which I never claimed you didn't do) otherwise you've got nothing with my signature on it therefore nothing could be submitted. SCHEDULE A Generator Owners Consent,SRECTRADE ILLINOIS ABP AGREEMENT form , PV system disclosure form.Good Luck finding these forms in your files!!.
