I called today and had a nice woman answer the call. She helped me with every question as well as suggesting where I could go on their web site to get more information. I really like the automated power restore times given when their is an outage. I purchase my power supply from a wind power company through Comed. Not sure exactly how that works since its not like they came out and ran new wires but, whatever. Except for 1 billing cycle around December 2017, I've always been happy with their prices. So far, no constructive criticism
