Terrible customer service, managers aren't any help either. Went there to get an oversized door, just a simple replacement with an install. They measured the door then ordered a smaller sized and installed it. It looks awful and told me too bad! What a mess, beware!

Decided I wanted to buy my mother new doors that she desperately needed. The associate Dave was super awesome. I went to Home Depot for an estimate meanwhile I was on leave hoping I could get this done in a week. Dave waved the fee for the estimate without me asking and did and an excellent job on explaining and recommending products. My mother went in today and she doesn't speak English well and unfortunately since I was only visiting for a week I had to FaceTime my mother and Dave for an hour meanwhile she picked the doors and locks she wanted. Dave was very patient and helpful despite the language barrier. I guess it all really depends on the associate you get luckily, the one I ran into was awesome.
