BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! The sale person Sabrina Rahman, LIED to get the sale. They will tell you that you will not have a utility bill and that you will only pay a low price a month to get the system on your roof and then you will receive a bill from them and your utility company for TWICE what you pay now!!! Then they will tell you need to give them a recording of the conversation you had with the sales person in your yard or there is nothing they can do!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! HORRIABLE!!!!!! If they come to your house RECORD every word that they say!!!! THEY LIE AND THEN IT COSTS YOU MONEY!!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!!!

We are new customers and already so disappointed. Our system was installed this spring and worked just for a few days. I sent few emails asking for help, called every number that I had from them, sent text messages but no answers. For a month and a half the system does not work, no one visits and no one answers.They guarantee solar energy, money savings, regular maintenance, but in fact their only goal was to set up and run the system so they could charge for the lease.After a month and a half I finally managed to get someone on the phone and then I experience even greater disappointment, someone will come to look at our system in a month. They need month and a half to finally answer our calls plus another month for someone to come???During that time we have to pay huge bills to ComEd because we dont produce electricity and we have to pay leasing to Sunrun even though we dont have any benefit from it. They aren't saving us money but spending it.In fact, we have experienced a major fraud and next step is to hire a lawyer to prepare lawsuit for fraud.

Was referred to this company by a neighbor who has been very happy with his experience in moving to solar. Natalie was so helpful and informative in educating me about the process of moving to solar energy. I would recommend this company for anyone starting the process!

This company is highly untrustworthy.They push to get documents signed but then the help they send out are NOT high quality or respectful of your time. My new roof was damaged by an inspector that miss plugged the holes he made. Took over a month to resolve. My gutters were damaged by same guy and it took 3months to get fixed. The customer service number they give potential clients does not work, there is no follow through to the clients concerns only to them pushing to get installation. I'm glad I seen this companies true colors before locked into 20years!!

Contract had to be cancelled because ComEd would not approve the design. Months later, I still do not have the refund of my deposit. They keep giving me the runaround and different answers each time I contact them (by phone or email). Now, they are not even returning my inquiries!!! I will be contacting the BBB & Illinois Attorney General shortly! Beware!
