The Temp hiring is bogus hiring, the company use temp workers for six month work policy to get their work done!The company dont rehire temp worker until 10 years. Period!There are always some permanent position fill out with internal relation only. They dont care how hard working, punctual and cooperative Temp worker.Please don't waste your valuable time.The HR & Supervisor Team should have to work on Real Talent Hire Policy instead hiring permanent position with internal related/connected/linked less competitive employees. Maybe HR dont care for organization thats why unfair policy going on and on.
