I was put on a budget plan of $27 a month and was specifically told this is all I pay for the next 6 months. After this they would revise it due to usage and the price would change. I got my final bill and they are charging me $130. They dont tell you about your final bill or anything about extra charges, they just add it in. The supervisors are no help either. Just another money hungry company. Kudos to you ComEd, keep scamming people. Atleast the people who answer at first are all really nice!

Show no urgency to fix problem...they have been sitting in there trucks for the past hour. Havent gotten out at all.
