Power randomly goes out even in beautiful sunny weather. Calls to the department go straight to voicemail. Most useless people in the city.

First of all lur electricity Bill's are overly priced. In addition we lose power almost all the time.

Why is the entire city's power out? It's 86 degrees at 5:14PM. No traffic lights are on or even blinking in the entire city and of course the hotline won't answer.... What exactly am I paying taxes for? Why do we have a generating plant if or power goes out like this? I want an audit.

Utilities/electric are absolutely ridiculous in Rock Falls. There is no consistency nor explanation. One month it could be $100 the next $200 or more, even though nothing has changed in your house. I am so happy to be getting out of city limits.
