The job was very professionally done, Dave answered any and all questions we had about our roof while it was under construction. Clayton and Devin were outstanding dealing with the insurance process. Had them come out and quote me for new siding , entry door and new shingles. Have not heard back from them in a month , the only thing they are interested in doing are insurance claims for roofs. The estimator didn't even know how to properly measure the entry door. This isn't the only time this has happened another person told me about their experience where they didn't call back. I'm not a competitor just a frustrated customer and looking through your reviews almost all are talking about insurance claims as soon as I told your young inspector I didn't want to mess with insurance his whole mood changed so maybe better train your employees or your business as a whole and put out that you do INSURANCE CLAIMS ONLY for some reason my moneys not good enough. I really hate to be negative but you left me no choice. I do see one thing that you're quick to react to and that is your reviews maybe apply that to your quotes as well.

Great people professionally work with you in order to do the best job in a way that makes you feel good about doing what they say.
