Shelby Electric takes the cake for the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The billing department proceeded to belittle me when I tried to resolve an issue with my payment being taken out twice. Once I explained I hadnt realized I payed the bill twice she told me they would void the double payment this time but next time I was out of luck. I wouldnt give them any stars and switch my electric provider if I had the option. Lets hope I never make a mistake again so I dont have to feel the wrath of Shelby Electric billing department. If you have an option do not choose Shelby Electric.

I am displeased with this company. My account which is current was disconnected for no reason right before a holiday and when I finally reached someone they refused to help me. Apparently it is acceptable to allow 'valued customers' to go without electricity for two days. Thanks Shelby electric for doing such a great job at not doing your job.
