Very professional from sales to installation. Had one minor issue and I received a follow-up call explaining what was done to remedy the issue. The instal crew was a great group of guys. Very friendly and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left and that we knew the next steps. Can't comment on value yet since the system in not on but hoping for some real savings and a nice bump in the value of our house. And we will see about the quality of the equipment as time goes by.
