I recently bought a house that needed an electrical panel replacement as well as some lights being replaced/installed. Once they began the work, they found a bigger issue with my electrical meter base that they were able to resolve that day. With that curve ball, other electricians had come over to help the one assigned to my house that day and displayed some great teamwork. This team was friendly (after she met other Jefferson employees for the onsite estimate, my realtor even was praising their friendly professionalism), easy to work/communicate with, went above any beyond with each task on the list and their finished work was beyond my expectations. They are DEFINITELY going to be the electrician company I will use for my upcoming additional projects at my new house.

Ive now had Drew out to my home on two jobs and hes been courteous, professional, timely, and exceeded expectations both times. My latest job was rerouting a 220 feed to my AC unit. The HVAC company routed the cable through my wall, inside the garage, and then back into a hole under the breaker panel. It was the sloppiest work Id ever seen. Drew took the time to carefully cut the drywall and route it safely within the wall. I was fully expecting to have a big drywall hole but Drew carefully placed and screwed the drywall back so it requires minimal patching. I cant recommend these folks enough. Im planning more work with them.

I want to start off by saying the electricians that did our work were awesome. Chris and Lucas spent all day doing repairs for selling our house. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They both get 10 stars.My mixed review is with the office scheduling. I scheduled an estimate several days in advance. Five minutes after the scheduled appt, I got an email saying they couldn't come out. Reluctantly, I rescheduled for that afternoon, but only because we close on our house in 2 weeks, there was no time to wait for another company. We got the estimate and scheduled the repair a week out. I also confirmed the appt 2 days before. The appt rolls around and no one shows up. I called and no answer. They call back 10 minutes later and said they didn't have the whole schedule so they would call me back. They called back and apparently they have two people scheduling or two schedules. He said they didn't get synced up so they didn't have anyone to do our repairs.I had another repair scheduled the next day, but I had to have the electrical stuff fixed first, so I had to cancel that repair, too. They ended up scheduling for the next morning and got everything done. Normally, I would just be annoyed, but when you're less than 2 weeks from closing on your house and they don't show up twice in a row, its infuriating. They did get the job done, but I would have used another company if time had allowed.

Great experience! I teach solar and energy storage classes around the world and Jefferson Electric had me come and teach a class for all of their electricians. They really know their stuff! It is rare to find a solar company that does all their work with electricians. They really take pride in their work and are following new safer codes that are not yet enforced in Indiana. Jefferson Electric is the only electric company that I would use for any of my projects. I've used their services several times, and have been blown away each time. They're extremely neat, efficient and professional. Joel is someone I can trust and feel safe about when dealing with electrical problems in my home.
