Called and asked how to cancel my system in the them allowed by the ftc and was told I was not allowed to and the system I'm being sold for $38000 is only a $1100 system. Crooked lying jerks

Schedule an appointment with them two times now and both times they never showed up. Don't waste your time with these guys! If I could give them 0 starts I would!

After 2 attempts to schedule someone to come out to our home yet again they have canceled they have supposedly left a voicemail on my phone which I have never received. But they did send an email saying that yet again there was an 'unexpected inconvenience' and that they wouldn't be out. The email only have someone's name no contact info, no way of actually getting ahold of the sales rep who is supposedly coming out to her house, no phone number to call to reschedule the appointment with said person. Now after reading all the reviews on their site and seeing how long it takes for them to get the process done from start to finish and that most people don't even get what they are promised by the sales rep I am skeptical of this company. I have decided to go with another company as there are many in our area that I'm sure would love to have the business!!!!!!
