This company is dishonest. I ordered an AC boat lift kit instead of DC. Took the 37.00 return shipping charge . They refunded 681.21 on a 721.00 purchase due to returned shipping . I told them I paid shipping. Then Kevin Henley told me it was missing a bolt . We never even unpacked the lift when we realized our mistake. I have all the emails to prove how dishonest they are. Below is the picture Of the 40.09 bolt. Do not order from lake lite .

I purchased a motor from LakeLite and they provided it quickly (1-2 days). The instructions could have been better, but that is a manufacturer issue, not LakeLite. Calls and online submissions to LakeLite have all been responded to quickly and informatively. Very happy with this company.

I have installed marine grade dock lite Inc 4 years ago on my dock and finally changed the two 1.2AAA rechargeable batterys in the one that was not working with new ones , did not work. Changed it with another new set of batteries with no luck , I guess 4 years is what to expect, Not bad ! or are they suppose to last longer then that ?
