I purchased (2) of the 200 watt panels for my RV. I can't say enough about the performance of the panels and more importantly the great customer service from Jesse. When my panels arrived the end of the cardboard was a little beat up from shipping. It turns out one of the panels had a little bend in it. I chatted with Jesse and he suggested they replace the panel. I happen to be driving by their shop the following week and decided to exchange this in person. Jesse even helped lift the panel to the roof of my motorhome. I appreciate the great customer service.
