A few years ago Solar Energy helped fix a solar install on our RV that was done on the west coast that developed major issues as we traveled east. They were friendly, helpful and efficient - getting us back on the road in a day.Yesterday we had a shore power failure (while we were gone all day) which resulted in our lithium ion battery's management system shutting down the batteries (leaving all 12 volt items on the RV non functioning). Once we restored shore power our charger was reporting 'dead battery' and not chargeable.We placed a call at ~ 6 a.m. west coast time and explained what happened. The gentleman we spoke with let us know how to 'wake' the batteries up so they could start charging again.Following his instructions we had the batteries awake and charging again within 30 minutes, long before any shops on the west coast even opened for business.This is the 2nd time Solar Energy Systems has saved the day for us, I hope there is not a 3rd time, but rest easy knowing if there is we will be happy campers afterwards. I found these guys while camping in Quartzite, AZ in January, 2020. They had a booth at The Big Tent Show. Brian (the owner) came out the next day to give me a quote and they did the installation the following day. Ive never seen such an amazing work ethic shown by the entire crew. I LOVE MY SOLAR AND LITHIUM BATTERIES!!!! I mostly boondock (camp on public lands with no hookups) and my solar gives me more than enough power to run everything in my motorcoach with power to spare. I HIGHLY recommend Solar Energy Systems.

Worked with Brian to finalize the details of our installation via email until we could get to Nappanee from Southwest Florida. Two day installation of 1200 watts including a BMK and an upgraded meter allowed our total electric Newmar coach to operate silently and independently off the grid. Brian was personally involved in the process, the workmanship was excellent and the final price for the work was fair for both of us. I may go back for a couple more panels to be able to run the a/c......

I have had my system installed by Solar energy systems LLCfor 2.5 years now. I love it. Very professionally installed. mine is a 7KW array my electric bill from March till Novemberis $9.00 a month and it's only $9.00 a month because theminimum charge to be hooked to the power grid is $9.00 a month. I have been very pleased with the quality oftheir work, and the system the provided. David Huntress
