After you become a tan hat the supervisor does not do the weekly evaluations. I was there 6 months. And do not go to b zone. Tammy Kaiser is the paint line operator and will not help her offbearer will talk to you like a dog and cuss and yell. Very disappointed with my work experience here. As I could not go to the supervisor 'her friend' human resources disnt even know my name let alone my zone or 7 a day work week schedule. Highly do not reccomend

Company is garbage low pay for what you do and the hours you work. This is a job for someone who doesn't have a family because if you do have a family you will never see them. Company doesn't care about their employees just results. Their is absolutely no communication. They tell you what you want to hear. This company can't keep people. They are so short handed they work everyone to death.

So mMy husband went to work here....day 2 they fired him along with others. He was fired because he cant read well. No wonder they cannot keep people. They hire you knowing you cant read well, you cannot see well, or whatever (one guy couldn't see well and got fired) and then fire you so you cant draw unemployment
