CFU internet service and customer service suck immensely!I had to call CFU service desk like 3 times over a 1-2 week period because my internet did not work! On 10/25, I woke up at 2 am to do work related stuff, my Internet was not working. I did try to troubleshoot with putting the router off and on before calling cfu. When I called CFU, I talked to this guy named Jim and he was absolutely rude and could care less. He hung up the phone on me when I told him that waiting until 6 am in the morning was too late because I need to use the internet for work now. I called the number back, and he refused to introduce himself and Jim again, knowing fully well he hung up the phone earlier! Even if you cannot help, some empathy would suffice!CFU NEEDS TO FIX HER INTERNET SO THAT CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE TO BE OUT OF SERVICE AND YOU WILL NOT GET CALLS THAT YOUR EMPLOYEES REGARDS AS DISTURBING! I am this close to switching to their competitor. Smh!

Every single time I've needed TV or internet service, I have gotten an immediate fix. Tonight I called because my son text me and said we could watch UNI football game in Montana, first of 2018, on CFU 9.2. MY husband was sitting in the dark listening to it on the radio. It was half time. If anyone is a techie in this house it is me by default. I couldn't find how to get to 9.2. Called CFU and talked to Matt. I had channel 109 on with half time activities before we hung up. Thanks Matt!
