This company is very rude when dealing with billing questions. If they were not a monopoly which is illegal and there was another place to buy electricity they would be bankrupt and gone. I am sorry for everybody that has no choice but to use them. The community of Pella is built around religious values which some workers here are the exact opposite of. They need to take a long look in the mirror here and be honest with themselves.
