After dealing with another company for over a year, and having repeat issues, I made the call to E&J. These people were top notch when it came to both customer service and knowledgeable technicians. They have been on time for each visit, polite, explain situations and solutions with very fair pricing, and have fixed all of the issues with my geothermal system that the other company told me were 'normal'. I would recommend E&J to anyone looking for service on their geo system.
