Not happy at all the service man that was scheduled to turn my gas on drove by didn't see my car in the drive way and decided to cancel my order without bothering to knock on my door. Then after waiting til 30 minutes past their schedule time I called to check and see what was going on with the service man showing up they wanted to charge me the deposit again because my order had been canceled. The best part is my husband is a professional plumber and he can check everything for them all I need them to do is come take the lock off the meter he installs gas lines for a living. Very upset with the lack of customer service and laziness to knock on the door when did driving by and not seeing a car out front start being a good enough reason to cancel an order and why can't you come back today it wasn't my screw up???????
