The bills are outrageous we were told many years ago when they built Wolf Creek that our energy bills would come down has everybody forgotten about that ? They doubled in 5 years after building Wolf Creek to pay for it then our energy bills were supposed to come down they have done nothing but go up does the public never remember what they are told and is no one ever held accountable for what they say

Its 2018 and so far this year power has gone out 6xs and its only August, that's just this year not going to get into past year. Have to wait 2-4 hours to get back on. And they think it's going to be ok to charge the neighborhood full for price for there issues. On top all this when it does come back on my AC had to run to get the house cooled back down, that's money out of my pocket into there pockets for there poor service quality.

Please explain to me how you can call a power outage fixed and 'passed all the tests' when there are still lines visibly hanging from the box and no working lights...36 hours later
