EAST KENTUCKY OUTLAW
If I could leave no stars I would. Tell me how they can charge $550 for a deposit hold that two weeks than say oh we cant turn on power cause the person who had power at this address before u hasnt paid their bill.

Powers been out for 16 hours, you'd think with a monopoly of power in east KY, they could at least fix their own stuff. Terrible company

If I could I would give a negative review. This is the worst electric company I have ever had to deal with. They extort their customers by adding an enormous security deposit when you get behind on a bill due to injury and job loss and constantly issue disconnect notices for the security deposit. You can't seem to get ahead. They have no programs to help low income families. It's a viscous cycle that could be easily remedied if the security deposit wasn't 606$. I tried to call to see if there was anything that could be done about it and I get hung up on. It's a wonder how people in eastern KY have survived this long. But when a company monopolizes an area you have no choice but to suffer.
