Power lost to many times

Intercounty came out and cut down -- sort of -- a tree that had wires going through it from a transformer and left me this mess. What?!

They charged me money when the account was shut off . They claimed I used 40kw when there was no power turned on.

I like how you guys handle costumer relations. Not happy about prices but I have confidence in saying that you guys do what you can when your clients keep open communication with you. Your company gets bogged down every winter and it's nice to see that you guys try your darnest to get power back on - I'd suggest one thing though that emergency services not affect clients who can't fix damages caused by weather or trees because they pay enough an often times there is no loss what so ever to the company lending extra time and resource to put in extra efforts to care for the families who rely on you to keep things going smoothl.after all that is why people are willing to pay what they do . Your customer care at the desk is professional and good natured. I'd recommend your service to any locals swapping or bringing in the grid.
