We hired Synergy to encapsulate our crawl spacebecause our daughter was diagnosed with leukemia and we wanted to prevent any potential for mold, fungus, and mildew. They said it would be a one day job but it was not finished for two weeks. The week after they had to come back out because there were places the vapor barrier was not secured, and it was covered in debris and water spots. They came back out to fix it, in the process they trailed in more debris and broke part of our privacy fence. They offered to fix it but we refused. We wanted nothing more than to rid our lives of the unprofessional nature of this company. My husband went to the crawl space 2 months later to find standing pools of water. The tech cane 3.5 hours late. He said a hose was disconnected (the one that they stalled). He also blamed condensation for the standing pools of water. Overall, this headache was not worth it. Next time, we will probably go with The Basement Doctor who we got another quote from, as well.

Zach, Dalton & Nick installed a new 2.5 ton system less than 24-hours after I called Synergy and asked for a replacement unit during this never ending heatwave. They were professional & completed the job in lighting fast time. If you need a new a/c, stop your search and call Synergy Home LLC now because not only are they prompt & have an incredible warranty but a couple of post install issues came up which they fixed within an hour of notification. Incredible company.

I. Love. These. Guys!!!!!They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and very professional!!!Customer Service was world class. They sent a text and e-mail introducing our service tech with picture and short bio. They sent a reminder the day before and another the morning of our encapsulation. Follow up was immediate too!!! I used Synergy Home for a radon system, the twice a year plan for maintenance and spray insulation. All of those things went well. This past weekend, our A/C stopped working on a Saturday night. I called them first thing Sunday, and they had a technician out within a couple of hours. Due to the maintenance plan we had, the cost was less than I anticipated. I would highly recommend them and getting one of the maintenance plans.
