This company cannot keep the power on. Their website is difficult to navigate to find a number to call when you need to report an outage and their staff have acted like it was an inconvenience to take my report. Third world countries have more reliable service.

Absolute garbage service. At least one power outage a week for multiple hours at a time. I had 4 power outages today in 4 hours.

Clark Energy Absolutely is a ripp off . Pretending to care for there community . Your star is for robbing the average working person. Clark energy is a fake , Look at all the fake pictures our money has bought trying to make them look like they are the best at what they do .Yeah right . They are the most expensive electric company . Serveral honest people won't even buy a home in Clark county or any area that has Clark energy . CO-OP IS A JOKE . Pay the most just for it to go out every time the wind blows lightly . But somehow Clark energy is so post to be the best . It's a Joke.

Nothing but respect for the line repair guys, but the engineer and connect/disconnect side of the office staff is rarely available to answer their phones and routinely fails to return calls. Very frustrating. I'm sure you can do better!
