Posigen customer service is absolutely awful. Took a long time to get the panels installed. Do not see the savings. Also i've noticed that they do not respond to every review...proof of them the lack of concern and extremely poor customer service. I'm almost done with my contract and will never recommend this company to anyone. Save your money improve your home. Put money into windows and home efficiency not posigen. I hope they respond to this post...but they won't.

We have never been able to get someone to come to our house in person. We get the excuse that they dont think it would help us because they viewed satellite pictures. Set appt twice and they never showed up. Told them I want to show them where we have constant sun and they still wont come. Do reccomend this company.

We bought a house in Slidell with Posigen solar panels. We opted to have them removed and not take over the contract. The crew to removed the panels didn't show on the scheduled day. Showed up on a Saturday unannounced. They were here maybe 45 minutes. They worked fast and efficient but unfortunately we discovered they left parts and pieces in our yard, the neighbors yard, down the street and on our roof. We also discovered they left holes in the roof. We've been trying for days to get in contact with a live person but keep getting an automated system and no return calls.I would never use this company for anything.

I shopped for a dollar system in 2015. Ended up buying with South coast solar. I told them 3 times after having it installed. They still call me 4-5x each year asking me if I want to install a solar system! Awful company pushing cheap Chinese solar products! STOP CALLING ME FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
