Updated: I have been shopping this store from the day it opened and online for many years. I loved the price points and tool quality. Not quite discount tools but higher quality than Harbor Freight. I enjoyed the customer service and solid warranty. Unfortunately that does not seem to be their model anymore. I have found customer service to be consistently lower quality without Apologies and I any fought on warranty submissions. I made the mistake of ordering a pump online because the store was out of stock. It failed in 4 months from a bad electric motor. The warranty is two years. Because I used a company name the warranty was lowered to 90 days. Online purchase cant be returned at stores. Pricing on a welder I purchased was way more in the store and a manager had to adjust the price. Overall the company seems to be struggling to run cheap online sales and quality stores. The savings are not worth the hassle of fighting employees for the advertised price or the additionally purchased warranty coverage. The tools are comparable to lower end brand names that are readily available from big box stores that have a more customer centric pricing, return and service policy. I assume the company will slowly eliminate brick and mortar storefronts and operate only with mail order/ online sales. The manager on duty Paul W. went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct pump and explained the warrante process. In a world where most purchases are made on line and customer service is forgotten, it's great to see a people that offer exceptional customer service.

Friendly to customers ! but can't always get what's in the ad and I mean right when I get the ad in the mail not a week or 2 later . They never have enough of what's in the sales ad ! But glad they are there and to see more tools made in America !
