I live in an apartment and My BILL IS near $500 & it seems as if NO ONE AT ENTERGY CAN HELP ! Im so frustrated and I hate Entergy with all of me !

If there was a negative stars they would get a 5. 48 hrs without power and on a job that takes no more than 10 mins. The customer service was rude and awful.

Customer servive is awful... I Wish people could choose their electric company, customer service I feel would be so much better, if a resident had a choice.

I've been paying online for years, about three months ago I changed banks. They accepted the first check from new bank, I have copy of cancelled check, but returned second one to bank. My new bank notified me of this. I called them, they know nothing about the refusal of check, but I would have to pay late fee. But because I have been paying on time for so many years they would void late charge but it would be over a year before they can do it again. Like it was my fault!!No local office to go to and tell them about the problem. Terrible customer service!!!
