I met with a representative and was excited by all that was promised. A production guarantee, a refundable tax credit, and excess energy being credited to our account with our grid tiered energy provider. None of these things have been consistent once we had signed the lease. No refundable tax credit, our grid tied energy provider is not crediting our accounts for the excess we export, and customer service has begun ignoring us.Buyer beware.Trapped in a 30k loan and feel taken advantage of.

Love Sunpro Solar, why pay money to an electric company and never see a return??? Im constantly looking inside the enlighten app to see how much we are rolling back the meter and putting money back in our pocket. I highly recommend Sunpro Solar!!!

We thought when we purchased these solar panels that we wouldnt have an electric bill any longer.We were wrong! We still have a $130.00 electric bill plus a $208.00 Bill from the solar company. I wish I could go back and change my mind.Do NOT purchase solar panels in Mississippi! We still have to pay out over $300.00 a month towards electric and the solar panels. Invest in insulation instead of solar panels.Save your money and run.

So far, so good. Will update when solar is on and running, but the job that has been done so far is amazing. Panels installed in less than 3 hours! Still waiting for a final inspection on their work, power company to replace what they need to, then ANOTHER inspection , and we will be up and running. The Energy Pro rep that came out (Michael Engel) did a fantastic job as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I chose this company for something I have wanted for a very long time. Nice job on the wiring. Update : First day of solar, and it's working like a charm. So glad I chose Sunpro. Awesome all along the way. Can't say enough. From start to finish, there....there..... Any questions I had, was always able to find the answer. Feels good to finally be creating my own electricity. Enphase micro inverters are top of the line, and they're app is awesome to track your power output/input. Thanks Josh, Austin, Michael, and Danyell. Just a few of the people I've had the pleasure of working with.

Did not get the cost savings as advertised. The power bill did not go down like they showed us it would on their cost calculator. The new power bill plus the payment for the system is higher than without the system.
