I would rate with less stars if I could. Poor handling of inventory and customer orders. Extremely slow delivery on ordered items. I found the Strongway Dump Cart 15CF 1200L item 46443 online with good reviews. I checked inventory on the website and it said there was one left at the Metairie store. I drove over an hour to get there and the employee said there was none in stock and that the floor model could not be sold. I ordered and paid for one at the counter and it was supposed to be in stock in 2 weeks from May 24. On June 28 I finally called for the second time and they said it was in. Then out of the blue an email showed up in my inbox dated the day I called, June 23. I asked if my daughters could pick it up and they said yes, until they got there and were given a hard time. They said I hadn't paid for it and that I must not have ordered it from the store or they would have had it pinned to a cork board. I after a few go-rounds my daughters were able to show the email with order number but they still thought I didn't pay for it. Northern Tool never sent me an e-receipt so I was going to have to send a photo of a bank statement to prove it, which I didn't. Finally they figured out the problem. I thought this store was a step up from Harbor Freight and easier than HomeDepot. I was wrong. I will not shop at another Northern Tool and will not suggest them to a single person I come in contact with. Very disappointed!

Lots of cool stuff There are three people that work there that made me extremely uncomfortable. They only had about three customers in the whole store. I guess they were just bored to death. I'm not a paranoid person by far. Been watching a person's every move is extremely rude. If you work there, please find something to do with yourself. And give customers a little room to shop. If you happen to be one of the employees that work there that are reading this. The reason why I spent as much money as I did it just to prove a point to you that I don't need to steal anything. I make more and 5 hours and you making a weekend. I'm much more comfortable at Harbor Freight. Sorry.
