Not meant for Big Rigs....STAY AWAY !!!!No overnight parking & the loading & unloading area should be outsourced to a real parking area. So tight, I had to knock on neighbors doors around the area to move their vehicles.....low trees and tight turns. STAY AWAY FROM DELIVERING HERE !!!!

From last three weeks I have called many times and left the messages on different extensions, but no has returned my call yet. I also left message through their website, but no response at all. I am wondering if they dont bother to return call before a service order, how in the world they will answer me if I placed the order and something goes wrong. Thank you Joule, you have introduced yourself very honestly and I am very impressed, but very disappointed with the level of your responsibility with customer service.

Weve been customers of Joule for 6+ years. There was a period when it was just impossible to get a response to repeated calls for service, then after considerable frustration for some reason it improved. They replied to my calls for assistance with the repeated failure of my SunPower monitoring app and provided service at no added charge. Now were back to being totally ignored. Ive called repeated times and left numerous messages for the service coordinator and also went as far as leave a message with an administrator. At the end of all of these calls I simply requested the courtesy of a return call only to inquire about what options I might have. Again no responseand no courtesy. Throughout this last ordeal I did learn that they no longer handle SunPower, but was informed by a technician that they do service previous customer accounts. Ha! Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere for your installation and service. SouthCoast Solar is now handling SunPower systems in our area and it appears that if into get any future service that this will be our provider.

I have been trying to contact them for last few Days no one is answering my phone.Sarah contacted me via email when I had issues with inverter. It went on and off few times. Trying to contact back no answer from anyone.really poor service from joule . Hopefully they will respond.

This is the worse company ever to deal. They do not reply to messages or calls and DO NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES. Have been trying to get payment from them for invoices for 6 months now and the owner has been giving the run around and putting off on the accountant. We have since been made aware of another company whom they have done the same thing to as well. I wound definitely suggest to look the other way when considering this company as a contractor.
