Sunpro Solar

Ok. This is the thing. I was satisfied when I first got the solar panels installed. However, when I call now to get my panels serviced as I have 11 panels out of commission I am being told that they have people furloughed and it will be awhile. I was told that in the beginning of April and am still being told that. However whats really happening is that they are using their technicians for installations where the money is. And service calls are being out on the back burner. I have yet to get a date that my panels will be serviced. Have not even gotten a call back and that goes for both calls I put in to them. So pls consider that when choosing your solar company. Its important to choose a company that cares about maintaining your panels.I was able to get this situation resolved and my panels are back online and working. Many thanks to my original sales person, Wayne, who intervened on my part and helped me get this moving.

Great crew. Came out and had my installation completed in one day. Friendly and helpful in explaining each part of the plan.
