Entergy Louisiana

Energy went out at 6pm and all they can say is we are running thin and will have entergy restored by 1pm the following day.. I have a sick wife and daughter, I had to put the dogs outside, fish tank is on a battery pack thats been running for 8 hrs and bout out and still no power! Sorriest energy company Ive ever had to deal with.. not to mention I havent seen an energy truck since the outage and we are over 8hrs in at the moment from a 10 min rain smdh do better entergy

This is poor everything poor service poor quality and poor communication this is a terrible company and it should be shut down ASAP

It is funny reading the negative reviews. I personally have always had good experiences with Entergy. However, I do understand people get frustrated, especially during storms and other acts of nature that result in temporary outages. Hey to all those that think Entergy is such a bad place, might I suggest the alternative.

Entergy does not care about your family or any of your concerns they turned my power off for no reason whatsoever they corrected it but made me wait over 10 hours in the freezing cold with my 86-year-old mother who had a broken arm they refused to escalate the ticket Even though it was their error , they didnt want to be inconvenienced. Then they give you a bunch of lies about well theres other emergencies - define another emergency ? when you have an 86-year-old frail woman who is on oxygen in the dark in 30 weathers apparently that doesnt constitute an emergency for them its more important that they stay in their nice warm offices and enjoy their cuppa coffee before they care about anybody or anything else. They are heartless , inconsiderate, no compassion, and only out for the money. Use somebody else if you can these people are horrible horrible horrible horrible protect your family because they sure as heck wont .
