Zero stars....seriously I just moved and had to pay an application fee for service Ive had for 8 years?! $20 for them to run my credit apparently even though Ive never had a late payment. On top of that they charged me double customer charges of over $20 because there was 5 days of service on a partial bill at my old residence. Sounds like they are doing that to scam more money out of customers.

Awful utility company, worse than usual. Their workers did work on my street and threw their trash into my trash and recycling bins which resulted in me getting fined $$$ by Baltimore City. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
