I installed my system with Direct Energy Solar several weeks ago after reviewing nearly every company in Maryland (no joke). The project took a little longer than I hoped due to Baltimore City permitting, but the project manager kept me informed every step of the way.I could not be more pleased with the installation crew. They were courteous and polite while getting my system installed in less than a day.We just received final approval from BGE and I'm looking forward to seeing those electric bills go way down. Overall, the process was not perfect, but I was kept informed from the sales process through the install and could not be happier with the end result.
