Living at Columbia Pointe Apartment for almost a year, management and others team members are great at what they do best. I would recommend anyone whos seeking an apartment to live.

I lived here for 6 years and loved every minute of it. I am missing the entire staff at Columbia Pointe. They were a true family to me.

Columbia Pointe is a nice and diverse community. The Property Management is on point, shows compassion and take initiative to be about the tenants. I find them to be quite involve and do their best to assure they meet and satisfy customers' timely with services. More often than most communities, they have all types of perks, ice cream socials, popcorn and various family entertainment and offer community awareness about upcoming fun and exciting events. They keep tenants aware of happenings in, on and around the property community. My relative has lived there for about four years and it is convenient and comfortable for him. If you enjoy country living and quiet setting than you'll enjoy Columbia Pointe. I know people may speak poorly but until when you meet Althea the Property Manager's Team, and Assistant Property Manager, Lynette, Carl the Manager Maintenance and Facilities Tech and the entire team are all friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful, clean and welcoming and there's ample space for non residents to visit all located in the heart of Howard County, MD and close to historic and near the Columbia shops and specialty stores and businesses.So go and visit and see for yourself. The very people that are placing blame more than likely are finding something negative when there is more positive aspects of the property community. It is very family orientated.

Freddy (Maintenance) is absolutely amazing !!!I submitted 4 maintenance requests on Sunday night. Freddy arrived the following Monday morning. He inquired about the requests and I explained the details. I was very impressed by Freddy. He showcased the following characteristics:1. Professionalism2. Competence3. Patience4. Attention to detail5. Diligence6. Cleanliness Freddy efficiently and effectively resolved 3 of the 4 work orders in a very short timeframe. He explained that the 4th work order would require the approval of his manager and he stated that he would promptly follow-up with me regarding that final work order. I highly recommend Freddy to all residents placing their maintenance requests and I thank Morgan Properties for hiring him. Hopefully, hell be around for many years to come. Thanks Freddy,It was pleasure working with you.
