I've been a Home Depot customer for many years and never had any issues. Well, I ordered a shed from them and must say I'm very disappointed. The shed as shown on their website when you order is tan with red doors and white trim. As you can see from the picture attached, the shed that arrived is all tan (no red doors or white trim). When I called Home Depot they said if you read the fine print that it doesn't come painted and needs to be painted. But yet all over the pictures is it red with white trim. As a paying customer for an expensive shed, it should be clear that I have to paint the shed. I shouldn't have to read the fine print on another page attached to a PDF someplace else to find out 'oh the shed you ordered doesn't look like the picture we show on the website you have to paint it yourself.' Customer Service couldn't help at all. I'm completely annoyed by this and if customers are responsible for painting it should be clearly labeled in the product description for everyone to see!!
