Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations & Sales

My neighbor is selling his house. They posted a zillion pictures of the view from their house. My house is in 6 of the many pictures posted. I asked Taylor Made to crop my house out of the pictures, an easy thing to do. It's a matter of my privacy. After saying they would do it, they did not and refused to do so. They got pretty huffy. Now a whole neighborhood is not happy with them. I would never use this company or recommend them.

The only place to go for vacation rentals at Deep Creek Lake. Well maintained properties with a management company that cares. We've been coming here since 2006.

Rented Canadian Day for a week. Arrived on Sunday to find bathroom door in Master Suite broken and not able to close. Called the rental office immediately. Was told someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday came home to find a note that a part had to be ordered and would return the next day. Called everyday after that and got a different response each time and still no fix. Finally on Saturday, 1 day before vacation was over someone came and fixed the door. This was a huge inconvenience as we had 12 people there and only 3 bathrooms where privacy could be had. Plus the fact that there were no locks on any of the bedroom doors was also ridiculous. The Customer Service from Taylor_Made was seriously lacking. Even a call to the manager did nothing to help the situation. The 2nd issue was the promo that there is lake access. While this is true, what isn't mentioned is that you have to walk down a busy road and then down a long steep hill in the woods to get to the dock. People with little ones or elderly folks should avoid this house. And if you are looking for a view of the lake...forget it! You can hear the boats zooming by but can't see anything. Could have been a much better experience had the staff at Taylor-Made been able to deliver good customer service!

Not been accommodating at all. We have used them before and this trip has been very terrible. Not very happy. No wifi, had to get that fixed. Not enough bed linens, they needed to come back out the first night. They have not been helpful over the phone either when trying to book and trying to get issues addressed.

The home was comfortable and well supplied. Check in and out was a breeze. Activities everywhere, and food options are abundant! A great first experience for our family. We will be back for sure!
