Had to use them for our apartment. We were going to one on the second floor originally but it changed to the third floor a few weeks before we actually moved in. Called Delmarva to tell them and they said it was all good. Few months latter we got a collections notice for unpaid bill. Turns out they charged us for changing service locations even though we never actually had them start service to the other apartment. Then they sent the bill to the other address (note they did send us our normal bill to our right one.) When we didn't pay the change of service bill they sent it to a debt collector even though I we knew nothing about it.

By far the worst company to deal with EVER!! If you live in Cecil County you dont have an option to use a different power company (and they know that)! I use propane for heat and still get a $650 bill in the winter. Haven't used my air this summer and my bill is $300. I have a 2016 square foot, new house, no reason for the bill to be that much! I HATE THIS COMPANY!
