Worst company ever.....customer serviceHorrible. Do not get the guys

From the very start the company representative was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was very detailed in answering questions and in explaining the process from start to end. The timelines were met and the installation of our solar panels was a breeze. We are very happy with our decision to go solar with Vivint and we highly recommend them to anyone interested in solar panels.

I would never recommend this company. I have had issues since I bought my home. The previous owners balance has been transferred under my name and it has been a run around and nightmare getting it removed, which it still havent been removed. Also, my solar panels are not even turned on due to the balance which isnt mine!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My biggest regret!!!

This company doesnt even deserve ONE STAR! Our sales person Markell was extremely dishonest! After finding out we were lied to regarding monthly pricing, we called into customer service and was yet lied to AGAIN! Saying that our electric bill should be no more then $10! Yet it was $180! We contacted our electric company and they broke down our usage and saw immediately that this was not a benefit to us! We then contacted Vivint customer service again, where we were placed on hold for over 45 minutes and told they would get a manager involved only to be transferred to another customer service rep. We were then told that the solar panels did not run its full course because they were not turned on during the generated bill cycle. The customer service rep asked us to allow it to run its full cycle to see a change, and that during winter months its not a huge benefit, especially being as though we live furtherest away from the sun! We wouldnt see a major change until the summer months. Why didnt our sales person express this to us? Its a shame that you allow a stranger in your home and trust their process of a replicable company and theres no integrity practiced! We specifically asked Markell how our monthly bill will look serval times to make sure we had a complete understanding! He told us we will receive ONE bill! That included our panels and electric, which will be no more then $200 monthly! Sounded too good to be true! And we asked him 3 times on 3 separate occasions IN SPECIFIC DETAIL prior to making our final decision! And he had the same answer every time! We were so excited about our panels and even thought about getting Vivint security...but at this point we want the panels removed! And never to work with this company again! These panels are not a benefit to us but to our SALES PERSON! This is a big commitment to add to your home and each and everyone of their sales persons should be stressed of the importance of PRACTICING INTEGRITY!!

Techs that came to install equipment where very courteous professional and knowledgeable . They did a excellent job on equipment install.
